DHQ Reveals Deadly Cause Behind Sokoto Airstrike Casualties: ‘It Was A Secondary Explosion
The Defence Headquarters (DHQ) has attributed the deaths of some villagers during recent airstrikes in Sokoto to what it described as “secondary explosions.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
A few days earlier, the Sokoto State government reported that 10 villagers were killed and several others injured following airstrikes in the Silame Local Government Area.
However, Major General Edward Buba, Director of Defence Media Operations, clarified that the fatalities and injuries were caused by secondary explosions rather than the direct impact of the airstrikes.
