Arabambi made the remarks in reaction to Obi’s recent declaration that he would need just four years to turn the country around, citing leadership figures such as Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, and Nelson Mandela to support his commitment.

Speaking on Channels Television’s “Morning Brief” on Tuesday, Arabambi criticized Obi for referencing Nelson Mandela’s presidency, describing the comparison as offensive. He argued that Obi cannot be likened to Mandela or any of the other great leaders he mentioned, insisting they are “parallel lines.”

He further referenced Obi’s alleged unfulfilled promise to the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), the party under which he served as governor, to bolster his claim that Obi lacks credibility and should not be trusted based on his past record.
