The Minister of Labour and Employment, Muhammad Maigari Dingyadi, has clarified why the meeting between officials of Dangote Refinery and the Nigerian Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) was held at the Department of State Services (DSS) headquarters in Abuja.
