Capacity Drive: NCDMB, Hedgerow Roll Out Strategic Training for Oil and Gas Projects.

According to industry updates monitored on Monday, Hedgerow Nigeria Limited, in partnership with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), has successfully concluded an intensive Capacity Building Training on Cost Engineering and Quantity Surveying for oil and gas projects in Lagos.

The programme was designed to equip participants with practical competencies for managing project costs and quantities in the energy sector, with the broader goal of strengthening indigenous expertise and boosting employability within Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.

Stakeholders noted that the initiative reflects both organisations’ commitment to developing young Nigerian professionals and deepening local content participation. Executives of Hedgerow Nigeria commended NCDMB for providing the platform for the training, emphasising the board’s consistent efforts in advancing capacity building and fostering local talent across the sector.
