Electoral campaigns are heralded all over the world with a barrage of propaganda and twisted tales, all in an effort to either promote or denigrate a candidate.

As a result, it is not surprising that a heavy campaign of slander and distortion of facts will be the order of the day ahead of the 2023 general elections.

A careful examination of Radio Biafra’s success and the culmination of IPOB reveals a shift in the spread of Total Falsehood fabricated with the long-term effect of instilling hatred among its gullible subjects.

We understand that African governance is pathetic and inefficient because our leaders are generally slow and lack ideas. In Africa, instigators instill hatred in the hearts of their followers in order to effect change, particularly through guerilla warfare.

The terrorists who started Boko Haram did so by passionately sowing hatred against the central government that the locals initially welcomed them.

It is the same way people are being indoctrinated all over the world, sowing hatred like never before.

Remember that on every trip Buhari takes out of the country, IPOB declares him dead or quarter-dead. At one point, they came to the conclusion that it was Jubril of Sudan, and the story stuck.

Today, the Obidients are using the same format that Boko Haram and IPOB have tried so hard to instill in citizens, HATRED.

In some quarters, you can be lynched for supporting Tinubu; they have painted Tinubu as an old wizard who has sold his children’s future for reasons best known to him.

I read this morning about Mercy Aigbe’s sister setting fire to her mother’s house, claiming she cursed her destiny in favor of the celebrated Mercy Aigbe.

This lady, who blames her mother for not properly caring for her, is a doctor and Mercy Aigbe’s elder sister. But because she has so much hatred in her heart, she now thinks like a retarded patient and blames her mother and sister for her challenges.

These people have sown so much hatred that they blame Tinubu for all their challenges, despite the fact that an Imo man cannot marry an Anambra woman.

They have failed to explain why the Enugu man would not sell land to the Ebonyi man, instead blaming Tinubu for their self-inflicted  problems.

Meanwhile, according to the Bible they follow, if you can’t love your neighbor, who you see every day, is it God who you haven’t seen that you would love?

A man who is unable to coexist peacefully with his own tribe blames the Hausa and Yoruba’s for his problems.

Peter Obi jets out on a daily basis and is currently not in Nigeria, but they see nothing wrong with that, so is it only Obi who requires diaspora and international community support?

Tinubu travelled to the United Kingdom to strategize, but his case was different. No, he was dead; some claimed he died while being transferred from one hospital to another.

The poor man released a fitness video debunking the death rumour; they said it was a fake video; he took pictures of himself wearing the latest suit trend; they said it was a complete fabrication.

If the Obidient continue to harbor hatred similar to that of IPOB, it should be made clear to them that it takes two to tangle. The room would quickly become overheated, which would not be good for Nigerians who genuinely want to know what the aspirants can do for them as a nation.

What do they have to say now that Tinubu has returned?

Hatred creates a destructive mental state that negatively impacts both your physical and emotional health, whether it is directed inward or outward. Like a hot coal, the sooner you let go of this toxic emotion, the less harm it can cause, and the healthier and happier you’ll be as a result.
