Big Brother Titans: Big Brother Nigeria/South African Edition Auditions Begin
- Multichoice Group have announced the commencement of auditions for the next edition of the Big Brother franchise titled Big Brother Titans.
- Organisers of the reality show, had earlier revealed that next year’s edition will introduce a a new dimension that would see Nigerian and South Africans living together as housemates.

This comes just days after Big Brother Naija’s seventh season, titled ‘Level Up,’ concluded.
The reality show’s organizers previously revealed that next year’s edition will include a new dimension in which Nigerians and South Africans will live together as housemates.
Big Brother Africa shared a video on its official Twitter page on Thursday explaining how interested participants can audition.

“Owing to the success of Big Brother Mzansi and Big Brother Naija, MultiChoice will unveil a Big Brother show like no other: a ‘contest’ between housemates from Nigeria and South Africa – in one house,” Dr Busola Tejumola, Executive Head of Content said.
Also, Multichoice Nigeria’s CEO, John Ugbe, described it as a special edition that is a mix of Afrobeats and Amapiano when he spoke at the MultiChoice Media Showcase event in Lagos on Thursday, September 15, 2022.
He explained that they want to explore Nigeria and South Africa’s love-hate relationship, and that season 8 would be ‘explosive.’
Ugbe also stated that the most exciting season of reality television will take place “sometime next year.”
Meanwhile, Josephina ‘Phyna’ Otabors won the 7th season of Big Brother Naija.
She defeated her competitors to win the N100 million prize.
In the grand finale, Phyna and Bryann finished first and second, respectively.
Daniella, Chichi, Adekunle, and Bella were among the other finalists.
