Court Orders Immediate Arrest Of PDP Factional Chairman Tanimu Turaki

The order was handed down on Thursday by Justice U.P. Kekemeke, who noted that Turaki had provided no valid reason for missing the court proceedings.
The judge directed that Turaki be taken into custody and brought before the court to face the charges leveled against him.
The case, initiated by the Inspector-General of Police, accuses Turaki of giving false information to law enforcement, linked to a petition submitted in October 2022.
