Former Big Brother Naija housemate Chizzy Francis has reacted to the ongoing controversy involving fellow reality star Ilebaye Odiniya and her father.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

The issue began after Ilebaye’s father publicly addressed concerns about his daughter, making several allegations regarding her personal life and family relationships.

In his statement, he accused her of allegedly influencing her younger siblings negatively through drug use and claimed she had distanced herself from family responsibilities despite her success after the reality show.

He also described her as going through a difficult phase and referenced a viral video showing him in a physical confrontation with her, which he said occurred in a moment of anger and frustration.

According to him, part of the family conflict stemmed from disagreements related to his separation from Ilebaye’s mother, while also alleging that she did not support him during a medical trip to Dubai.

He later appealed to the public to allow the family to resolve the matter privately.

Reacting via his X account, Chizzy Francis challenged claims made by Ilebaye’s father that he played a major role in her victory during the reality show season.

Chizzy insisted that he actively campaigned for Ilebaye and contributed significantly to her winning support from viewers.

He further alleged that after the show ended, Ilebaye blocked and unfollowed him, along with many other former housemates.

Despite the fallout, he stated that he could not remain silent or support what he described as wrongdoing in the situation involving her father.

He wrote that he strongly disagreed with claims that Ilebaye’s father contributed 75% to her victory, insisting he personally worked hard to mobilize support for her during the show.

He added that although he felt unappreciated afterward, he would never support violence or remain silent in the face of what he considered wrongdoing.
