In a post shared on his Truth Social platform, Trump accused oil companies of failing to pass on the benefits of declining crude oil prices to consumers.

According to the President, while the cost of crude oil has fallen sharply, fuel prices at filling stations have not decreased at the same pace, raising concerns about possible price manipulation.

He argued that motorists were being unfairly burdened by fuel costs despite improvements in underlying oil market conditions.
