Kunle Fawole Makes Emotional Revelation About Yvonne Jegede: ‘I Don’t Love Her Anymore

Fawole made the remarks during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, where he reflected on their past relationship and eventual separation.

Looking back on the breakup, the actor suggested that they were simply incompatible, adding that he prefers to take responsibility rather than dwell on bitterness or conflict.

“I had a girlfriend once, but it didn’t work,” he said. When asked why the relationship ended, he replied, “I think we’re just on different planes. I’d rather just be the one to say, ‘Oh, everything was my fault,’ so to speak. I don’t like the enmity of things.”

Fawole explained that he sees no reason to avoid or resent people he once loved, saying he would have no problem exchanging greetings with his former partner if they crossed paths.

“I don’t want to see somebody that I used to be with down the street, and I turn my face away,” he said.

Asked whether he still loves Jegede romantically, the actor responded with a simple, “No.”

Despite that, Fawole stressed that his respect and concern for the actress remain intact, largely because she is the mother of their son.

Emphasising his protective instincts, he said he would do everything within his power to defend her if she were ever in danger, stating, “Yes, she’s the mother of my son. I’m somewhere, and she’s in trouble, somebody is doing something, I’ll try my best to kill the person.”
