Fresh Twist: Aide Gives Update On Sam Larry’s Condition Amid Death Speculation

His associate, Akin Abolade, popularly known as Mr Lilgaga, dismissed widespread rumours on social media claiming that Sam Larry had died in the crash.

Speaking in an interview with Punch, Abolade said he spoke directly with Sam Larry a few hours after the accident, confirming that he survived the incident.

Although he acknowledged that the crash was severe, Abolade said he could not provide a detailed update on Sam Larry’s medical condition.

“Yes, he’s alive and not dead, but his condition cannot be ascertained because of how bad the accident was. We spoke after the accident. He’s alive, and I’m sure of that,” he said.

Sam Larry was involved in the accident in the early hours of Saturday along the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road.

Reports indicate that the vehicle conveying him collided with a trailer, leaving the car extensively damaged.

A video circulating on social media showed the wreckage of the vehicle at the crash scene.

Tragically, one of Sam Larry’s security aides, identified as Wale, reportedly died at the scene of the accident.
