D**d On Arrival — Lizzy Anjorin Reacts To Priscilla Ojo’s Court Action
Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has reacted to the legal action instituted against her by fellow actress Priscilla Ojo, dismissing the case as “dead on arrival” during an Instagram Live session.
According to Bush Radio Academy, Anjorin questioned the circumstances surrounding the legal proceedings and expressed concern over the alleged circulation of court documents and a petition on social media before she was served.
The actress maintained that she was not intimidated by the development and suggested that the manner in which the documents were allegedly made public raised questions about the legal process.
The development followed an interim order issued by the Lagos State High Court on September 2, 2026, in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026.
The order was granted following an application brought by Priscilla Ojo Mkambala, her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Mussa Mkambala, popularly known as Juma Jux, and their son, Rakeem Mkambala.
The court restrained Anjorin from posting, uploading, circulating or broadcasting photographs of the child across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok.
She was also barred from publishing or distributing videos, editorials and other materials relating to Priscilla, Juma Jux and their son through her social media accounts.
The order reportedly applies to several social media accounts allegedly associated with Anjorin, including accounts bearing variations of her name and others said to have been used to circulate content connected to her.
The proceedings were conducted ex parte, meaning the application was heard by the court without Anjorin being present or represented at that stage. The order is interim and remains in force pending the hearing and determination of the substantive application.
Reacting to the development, Anjorin questioned why copies of the court documents and an alleged petition were being circulated online before they were formally served on her.
She also expressed surprise at what she described as the handling of the matter on social media, insisting that the legal action would not achieve its intended purpose.
Meanwhile, the court directed that the case file be returned to the Registry of the High Court of Lagos State for reassignment to the appropriate division.
Priscilla had earlier brought public attention to the legal development after sharing copies of the court order on her Instagram Story.
