Trader Suspects Sales Boy of Stealing, Sets Clever Trap and Uncovers Something Unexpected

A woman has shared the surprising experience of a foodstuff trader who reportedly devised a plan to uncover the person behind repeated incidents of missing money from her shop, only for the investigation to lead to an unexpected discovery.

According to Bush Radio Academy, the trader is well known within her neighbourhood for her friendly and jovial nature and reportedly does not usually allow customers to enter her shop. Her sales boy was said to be the only person who regularly remained inside the premises with her.

As the unexplained disappearance of money reportedly continued, the trader discussed the matter with three people, who advised her to investigate her sales boy because of his regular access to the shop.

The narrator said the trader eventually became suspicious of the boy and discussed the issue with her on a Saturday. Rather than confronting him immediately, she reportedly advised the trader to set a trap to determine what was actually happening.

The following day, the trader allegedly left some money in the usual place where she kept her cash before telling her sales boy that she was stepping out to get something.

After waiting for a while, she reportedly returned quietly through the back entrance of the shop to see what had happened in her absence.

However, what she allegedly discovered reportedly took the matter in a completely different direction. Instead of finding her sales boy with the money, the trader reportedly discovered her younger brother’s wife inside the shop, with the woman allegedly holding her purse.

The discovery reportedly came as a surprise, particularly because the sales boy had initially been considered the person with the most convenient access to the trader’s money.

The incident has since highlighted the importance of investigating suspicious situations before making accusations, as the trader’s decision to set a trap reportedly led her to a person she had not initially suspected.
