Award-winning Nigerian comedian Bovi Ugboma is set to bring his 2026 world tour to a grand conclusion with two major performances in Nigeria following a successful run of international shows.

According to Bush Radio Academy, the comedian’s “Bovi: Guilty as Charged” tour will return to Nigeria in October, with the first homecoming performance scheduled for Benin City on October 1 and the final show set to take place in Lagos on October 11.

The Lagos finale will be held at the Convention Centre, Eko Hotel, marking the end of Bovi’s months-long international tour in front of his home audience.

Bovi began the international leg of the tour in the United Kingdom during the Easter period, where he reportedly sold out the Indigo at The O2. He later travelled to Canada, performing in six cities, including Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton, with all six Canadian shows reportedly selling out.

The two Nigerian dates will now serve as the final stops on the tour, with Benin City hosting the opening homecoming show before Lagos stages the grand finale.

With nearly two decades in the entertainment industry, Bovi has established himself as one of Nigeria’s leading stand-up comedians, with his performances often focusing on relationships, society, popular culture and everyday experiences.

The Lagos show will also introduce a new feature to Bovi’s live performances. For the first time, attendees will have designated seats and will be able to choose their preferred seats when purchasing tickets, with the reserved seating arrangement extending across the venue.

The Nigerian shows will give fans the opportunity to experience Bovi’s “Guilty as Charged” material after its successful performances across the United Kingdom and Canada.
