In a statement issued on Sunday, Frank urged the Appeal Court Justices to take advantage of the revelation by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) that Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), won 21 states in the February 25 presidential election.

These states are Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Borno, Delta, Ekiti, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Osun, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, and Zamfara.

Frank argued that since INEC has acknowledged Atiku’s victory in 21 states, the Tribunal should declare him as the authentic winner of the presidential election.

He suggested that the results may have been swapped to fraudulently favor another candidate.

He emphasized the importance of upholding justice and fairness, urging the justices not to succumb to any pressure or threats but to carry out their responsibilities with impartiality and in alignment with their oath of office.

Frank asserted that the declaration of the rightful winner must be based on the candidate who secured the majority of states and votes, rather than the one with the least number of states and votes.
