He advised Tinubu, who also serves as the chairman of ECOWAS, to handle the Niger coup with caution and discretion.

The resolution included a stern warning that ECOWAS might resort to the use of force if political stability is not restored in the specified timeframe.

Bwala, via Twitter, cautioned Tinubu against getting involved in a proxy war and urged him not to deploy soldiers to Niger.

He emphasized the importance of peaceful resolution and diplomacy, stating that militarization of diplomacy should be avoided.

Furthermore, Bwala adamantly opposed the use of proceeds from fuel subsidy removal to manage or operate ECOWAS, stressing the need to prioritize national security and internal territorial concerns.
