His remarks were delivered during the commencement of a week-long retreat themed “On-boarding New Executive Council Members, Political Appointees, Permanent Secretaries, and Chief Executives of Parastatals.” The retreat took place at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) located in Kuru, Jos South LGA.
Governor Mutfwang underscored the critical nature of the current juncture, where the public’s expectations from the government are exceptionally high. He stressed the importance of collective effort, collaboration, and synchronized execution of government programs and policies.
“We are not entering a competition but embracing a spirit of collaboration. To make this collaboration a reality, we must unite and pursue shared objectives,” he affirmed.
He extended congratulations to those who have assumed their roles during this pivotal period, noting that this opportunity is a chance to make positive and lasting contributions for the greater good and the glory of God.
The governor encouraged these officials to approach their duties as a call to service, leaving an indelible mark on the course of history.
