Aisha Yesufu Responds To Oshiomhole’s Claims On Economic Situation, Labels Previous Administration ‘Incompetent

Oshiomhole further mentioned that President Tinubu and his deputy have demonstrated courage and determination in combating corruption related to the subsidy regime within the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
In response to Oshiomhole’s statement, Aisha Yesufu, who has frequently criticized the previous Muhammadu Buhari administration, expressed that her earlier assessment was accurate.
She characterized the previous administration as “incompetent, clueless, corrupt, inept, and a failure (ICCIF),” reinforcing her stance despite the criticism she faced.
Separately, Aisha Yesufu conveyed her sorrow over the tragic incident in Niger State where 21 soldiers and senior army officers lost their lives in an attack.
The assault occurred in Kundu village near the Zungeru community within Niger State. Security forces were attempting to prevent criminals from escaping with rustled cattle when the bandits ambushed them, resulting in casualties. This incident also left five vigilantes injured.
According to an eyewitness speaking to Channels Television, the bodies of the 21 military personnel were taken to the Zungeru hospital, where the injured vigilantes were being treated.
