The tribunal’s three-judge panel delivered a unanimous ruling on Tuesday, dismissing the petition brought by Frank Chinasa, the Labour Party’s candidate, who sought to invalidate Kalu’s election win.

In the judgment read by the tribunal chairman, Justice Samson Gang, the panel stated that Chinasa’s petition lacked merit, leading to its dismissal.
