The forum argued that the judgment is akin to constructing a castle on unstable ground and predicted that it would be overturned during the appeals process, citing a lack of justice.

This perspective was articulated in a press release disseminated to Tribune Online by the Chairman and Secretary of the forum, Tosin Odeyemi and Dr. Rambi Ibrahim Ayala, respectively.

The NNPP Forum of Chairpersons expressed their disappointment with the Zoom judgment, emphasizing that the party, which had been openly rejected by voters during the election, was declared the winner.

They reiterated their confidence in the judiciary and their intention to challenge the verdict at the appellate court. The forum urged its members to remain composed and assured them that party leaders were addressing the situation, with the legal team prepared to challenge the contentious judgment.
