The President praised Governor Yahaya for his leadership qualities, highlighting his effective implementation of policies and programs aimed at promoting economic empowerment and generating employment opportunities for the people of Gombe.
Furthermore, President Tinubu commended Chairman of the NSGF, Governor Yahaya, for his ability to find practical solutions to the state’s challenges and for making a positive impact on the lives of his constituents.
The President also acknowledged Governor Yahaya’s responsiveness, particularly in addressing the economic challenges resulting from the removal of fuel subsidies. Additionally, he lauded the governor’s initiative in providing a 40% subsidy on fertilizers and other essential agricultural inputs to boost food production in Gombe State, as well as implementing salary increases for workers.
