The Court of Appeal, on Monday, October 16, delivered a verdict that nullified the election of Senator Ishaku Abbo, who represented the Adamawa Northern Senatorial District. Consequently, the court directed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to retract the Certificate of Return granted to Senator Abbo and award it to Rev.
