In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Mr. Levinus Nwabughiogu, Kalu expressed that this verdict marks a triumph for democracy in Nigeria.
He emphasizes that the court’s decision upholds the choice made by the Nigerian people who turned out in significant numbers on February 25, 2023, to vote for President Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Additionally, Kalu acknowledges the opposition’s right to pursue legal remedies within a democratic system and encourages them to embrace the federal government’s renewed hope agenda for the betterment of citizens’ lives.
