Delimitation data sourced from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) reveals that the states boast a cumulative total of 5,409,438 registered voters, with voters having collected 5,169,692 permanent voter cards (PVCs) in preparation for the exercise.

Specifically, Bayelsa State witnesses the collection of 1,017,613 permanent voter cards, Imo State shows a total of 2,318,919 PVCs collected, while Kogi State records a figure of 1,833,160.

Despite concerns of potential voter apathy amid heightened political tensions in the states, security agencies have provided robust assurances regarding the safety of all voters.

The elections are set to take place across 56 local government areas spanning the three states.
