The decorated officers include two Assistant Commissioners of Police promoted to Deputy Commissioners, one Chief Superintendent of Police elevated to Assistant Commissioner of Police, two Superintendents of Police advanced to Chief Superintendents.

one Deputy Superintendent promoted to Superintendent, and 76 Assistant Superintendents promoted to Deputy Superintendents.

In a brief ceremony held at the command headquarters in Gwadangaji, Birnin Kebbi metropolis, CP Aimionowane charged the officers to view their promotions as a testament to their hard work and dedication to duty.

He emphasized that the promotions were approved by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, facilitated through Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kayode Adeola Egbetokun, and sanctioned by the Police Service Commission.

Speaking on behalf of the newly promoted officers, DSP Ali Yusuf expressed gratitude to the federal government, IGP, and the Police Service Commission for recognizing their merit with the promotions.

He pledged their commitment to supporting the IGP in addressing security challenges in Kebbi State and other regions of the country.
