Among those confirmed as board members are Mr. Terms Manasseh, Dr. Kenneth Ugbala, Senator Timothy Aduda, and Mr. Babatunde Daramola.

Additionally, Mr. Preye Oseke, Aminu Adamu Papa, Mr. Abubakar Bappa, Shehu Mohammed, and Yusuf Othman were also included.

The confirmation process transpired following the consideration of a report from the Senate Committee on FERMA, presented by its chairman, Senator Babangida Hussaini (APC, Jigawa North-West), during the Committee of the Whole session.

Senator Hussaini, in his presentation, urged the Senate to endorse President Tinubu’s request for the confirmation of the nominees in accordance with Section 2(1)(2) of the FERMA Act 2002.

The President had formally communicated to the Senate, seeking their scrutiny and approval of the nominated individuals.
