Last week, officials of the Federal Housing Authority demolished several houses in various estates within the Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area, citing violations of housing and development regulations.
While some residents claimed their homes were targeted due to their Igbo ethnicity, Reno Omokri countered this perspective. He emphasized that Lagos State has a history of employing Igbos within its civil service.
In a post on his Instagram page, Reno shared a letter from the Anambra state government, which specified that only Anambra indigenes should apply for job positions. He questioned if a similar scenario has ever occurred in Lagos state.
