In an announcement released on Tuesday by the Office of the Director-General, Bureau of Lands and Survey, it was disclosed that Governor Dapo Abiodun will personally present the certificates to the beneficiaries.

This initiative not only enhances the value of the properties but also allows them to serve as collateral. Additionally, house and landowners can leverage the state’s proximity to Lagos to maximize property value.

The recipients are selected from two key programs: the Ogun State Land Administration and Revenue Management System (OLARMS) and the Home Owners Charter (HOC) from the immediate past administration.

The distribution event is scheduled to take place at the Arcade Ground, Governor’s Office, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta.

The statement emphasized that beneficiaries must present valid means of identification and undergo accreditation by the Bureau of Lands & Survey before receiving their certificates.
