In a congratulatory message relayed through the Director of Press and Public Relations, Mr Henshaw Ogubike, the Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, has called upon recently promoted military officers of the Nigerian Armed Forces to take decisive action in putting an end to the prevailing insecurity in the nation.
