In a recently trending video clip shared on her Instagram story on Friday, Tiwa revealed that she faces challenges in reading text messages due to worsening eye issues over the past few months.
She shared that she has been experiencing squinting for the past two to three years.
Providing an update on her recent visit to an optician in London, the 44-year-old artist informed her followers that she is encountering difficulties with her short-range vision. She mentioned that she has opted to wear medicated glasses to address the issue.
“Over the past 2-3 years, I’ve noticed that I’ve been squinting, and when I read, it becomes blurry,” Tiwa disclosed in the video.
“In the last few months, I noticed it has worsened to the point where I sometimes have to screenshot messages and then zoom in using my camera. So when I was in London, I visited an Optician.
“So my long sight is okay for now,” she continued, “he said, not great; but my short sight…”
