In a Facebook update, Pastor Adeboye offered heartfelt prayers, seeking solace for Pastor and Mrs. Shyngle, the grieving parents of Herbert Wigwe, who tragically lost his life along with his wife, son, and former Group Chairman of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Abimola Ogunbanjo, in a recent fatal helicopter crash near the border of California and Nevada.

The RCCG General Overseer shared words of comfort, expressing hope that Herbert Wigwe’s memory would be a source of strength for the grieving family and the RCCG City of David Family during these challenging times.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State and Aliko Dangote, the founder of Dangote groups, were also present during the condolence visit, standing in solidarity with the bereaved family. The tragic incident involved the Airbus Helicopter EC130B4, and the loss of lives has left a profound impact on the community.
