In an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday, Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe, a former Minister of Works, emphasized the futility of attributing the current challenges in the country to President Bola Tinubu or the preceding administration.

According to Ogunlewe, assigning blame to either administration does not contribute to resolving the nation’s present issues or instill hope. He acknowledged President Buhari’s efforts during his tenure and highlighted Tinubu’s ongoing endeavors to address economic and national challenges.

The ex-minister urged citizens to exercise patience with the current administration as it works towards implementing various reforms aimed at propelling the country towards prosperity.

“Nigerians should exhibit patience during this period with President Tinubu. The president is genuinely committed to their welfare and will not take any action contrary to their interests. While his reforms and policies may take time to materialize, they are essential for ushering in positive change,” Ogunlewe emphasized.
