The All Progressives Congress (APC) chapter in Ganduje, Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area of Kano State has taken the decision to suspend Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, the party’s National Chairman.
The announcement was made today, April 15, during a press conference by the ward’s legal adviser, Halliru Gwanzo. Gwanzo highlighted allegations of bribery against Ganduje, as put forth by the Kano State Government, as the primary reason behind the suspension.
“We have opted to suspend Dr. Ganduje from party activities due to the gravity of the accusations leveled against him,” Gwanzo explained.
The suspension, as declared by the APC ward leaders, will be in effect starting from Monday, April 15, 2024, until such time as the former state governor successfully refutes the allegations against him.
