Upon his arrest, authorities discovered forged official stamps belonging to Chief Magistrate Admin, C/M Adeola Olatunbosun of Chief Magistrate Court I in Yaba, as well as stamps attributed to Magistrate A.B Ajiferuke of Magistrate Court Epe. Additionally, Chukwudi was found in possession of a falsified police identity card and a manipulated passport photograph depicting him in a police uniform.

Chukwudi was apprehended within the premises of Tinubu Court in Lagos Island on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, and has since been arraigned.
