The Honourable Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, FNSE, has extended heartfelt felicitations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on the occasion of his 73rd birthday, describing him as a visionary statesman whose leadership continues to reshape the Nigerian narrative.

In a tribute released on Friday, the Minister praised President Tinubu’s unwavering commitment to the Nigerian dream, applauding his tireless pursuit of national development, peace, and unity through the implementation of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

“Mr. President has rekindled the spirit of national unity and purpose through the bold execution of his agenda,” Momoh said. “In less than two years in office, he has shown the nation what true leadership entails — service rooted in compassion, strategic thinking, and an unshakeable moral compass.”

Highlighting key strides made under the Tinubu administration, the Minister particularly lauded the creation of development commissions for each of the six geo-political zones. He described the move as “visionary” and a bold step toward balanced growth and national cohesion.

“These commissions stand today as pillars of renewed hope, expanding the reach of federal development efforts and ensuring that no region is left behind,” he stated.

Engr. Momoh also commended the President’s strategic approach to peacebuilding in the Niger Delta, noting that longstanding tensions in the oil-rich region have been significantly eased under his leadership.

“The region now breathes with renewed optimism, thanks to the President’s responsive governance, inclusive dialogue, and focus on local economic upliftment,” he said.
