A circulating video on social media depicts the actress, donning a nose mask and appearing apprehensive, as she faces interrogation by a group of individuals.
In her own video response, Lizzy recounts her version of events, detailing how she procured clothing accessories worth N90,000 from a vendor at the Idumota Market in November. She explains that she promptly arranged for her husband to transfer the funds to the seller’s account.
Initially, the shop owner claimed not to have received the money. However, he later admitted to the transaction. Nevertheless, upon revisiting the shop recently, the vendor confronted Lizzy, alleging that the payment for her most recent purchase had not been received.
According to the actress, she was in the process of resolving the issue when the shop owner decided to involve authorities, accusing her of making a fraudulent bank transfer.
