Subject: Plea for Support: Edo Diaspora Group Advocates for Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu

I trust this letter finds you well and in good health. I am writing to you on behalf of the Edo Elite Group in Diaspora (EEGD), a prominent diaspora group representing Edo indigenes in parts of Europe and the USA. As the Chairman of EEGD, I feel compelled to bring to your attention our collective stance on the forthcoming Edo Gubernatorial elections and, more specifically, our endorsement of Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu as the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Pastor Ize-Iyamu has consistently demonstrated his commitment to securing a mandate for the APC, with a clear vision to rejuvenate and restore the pride of Edo State. The Edo Elite Group in Diaspora firmly believes that he possesses the qualities required to propel the state forward and steer it towards a path of progress.

In our assessment, since the departure of Governor Oshiomhole, the state has regrettably experienced a period of stagnation. Pastor Ize-Iyamu stands out as the candidate with the aptitude and vision to break this deadlock, providing Edo State with the dynamic leadership it deserves.
