Following a visit to the party’s national secretariat in Abuja, where Nwosu conveyed his solidarity to Ganduje and engaged with journalists, he articulated that Ganduje would find satisfaction in witnessing individuals embracing the party’s fold.

“Yes, they’ve encountered differences, but a single person cannot lay claim to a party. Kwankwaso’s potential entry could even enhance his influence in Kano,” Nwosu stated.

He further expressed that observers should not be taken aback if Ganduje and Kwankwaso choose to mend their political rift within the APC. “Their disagreements can find resolution within the APC,” Nwosu affirmed, advocating for the strengthening of Africa’s democratic systems.

Nwosu sharply delineated his opposition to military interference in governance, highlighting the destabilizing effects witnessed in Niger due to a recent coup.

He criticized the economic repercussions and exodus of investors resulting from such interventions, asserting the importance of maintaining democratic stability.

In the context of Nigeria’s leadership, Nwosu appealed to the public’s patience regarding the administration led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He advised against hasty judgments and encouraged waiting at least a year before evaluating performance.

Reflecting on the gubernatorial landscape of Imo State, Nwosu dismissed the possibility of pursuing the governorship at this juncture.

Nwosu underscored his commitment to the advancement of the APC and upheld the party’s decision to rally behind Uzodinma as the sole APC candidate in Imo State.
