APC New Media Slams Obaseki’s Adviser, Asue Ighodalo, for Admitting Government’s FailuresThe APC New Media Directorate has strongly criticized Asue Ighodalo, the  economic adviser to Governor Godwin Obaseki, following his recent admission of the administration’s failures. In an interview with BBC Pidgin, Ighodalo openly acknowledged that the Obaseki-led government has been unable to provide essential services, including water, electricity, and security, plunging Edo State into widespread poverty and despair.

The Directorate expressed shock at Ighodalo’s confession, noting that as the architect of the administration’s economic policies, he bears significant responsibility for the state’s current predicament. The APC New Media Directorate has urged Edo voters to reject Ighodalo’s gubernatorial bid, warning that his election would only perpetuate the failures of the past eight years.

The APC candidates, Senator Monday Okpebholo and Hon. Dennis Idahosa, were presented as the real alternatives for the people of Edo State, offering a vision of progress and development.
