APC Progressive Governors Visit Former Chairman Abdullahi Adamu To Express Appreciation
On Thursday, a delegation of eleven governors from the All Progressives Congress (APC) under the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF) paid a visit to the party’s former National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Led by Senator Hope Uzodimma, the forum’s chairman, the governors visited Adamu at his residence in Abuja to express gratitude for his leadership.
Sources at the governor’s residence revealed that the delegation commended Adamu for guiding the party to victory in the 2023 general election.
Despite recent internal challenges and corruption allegations that led to his resignation on Sunday night, the governors urged him to remain engaged in the party’s activities and acknowledged him as a driving force behind their success during the presidential and governorship elections in several states.
The visit was attended by governors from Katsina, Ebonyi, Sokoto, Niger, Gombe, Benue, Jigawa, Imo, Ogun, Kebbi, and the acting governor of Ondo State, demonstrating the unity and appreciation from various regions within the APC.
