Ibrahim Usman, a suspected kidnapper, has been captured by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) operatives at Ungoggo Division. The arrest took place at Yar’adua quarters, Rimin Kebe in the Ungoggo Local Government Area of Kano State.
The NSCDC reported that the suspect had allegedly abducted a three-year-old boy from the vicinity and attempted to hide him at a friend’s residence on Hotoro bye-pass in Kano State.
Upon sensing something amiss, the friend refused to harbor the child and chose to alert residents in Rimin Kebe, where the suspect resided. The community had been actively searching for the missing boy. This turn of events prompted the suspect to flee, but he was eventually apprehended by the NSCDC personnel from the Ungoggo Division.
