According to a report by LEADERSHIP, PEPC issued its rulings on Wednesday, addressing the petitions submitted by the PDP, Atiku, as well as other opposition candidates and their respective political parties against Tinubu and the APC.

In a brief and special press conference held in Abuja on Thursday evening, Atiku declared his intention to instruct his legal team to initiate the necessary procedures for appealing the PEPC judgment to the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
