He made this known during an appearance on The Honest Bunch podcast, where he suggested that Annie did not provide the kind of home stability every man seeks.
According to him, men need women who can help them stay grounded rather than join them in unhealthy habits.
He added that 2Baba’s new partner, Natasha Osawuru, isn’t necessarily better than Annie, noting that he has known Natasha since she was three years old, as her father, Desmond, was a friend of his.
Baba Fryo has shared his thoughts on the end of 2Baba and Annie Idibia’s marriage, saying the pair didn’t manage it well.
Speaking on The Honest Bunch podcast, the veteran singer said Annie lacked the qualities of a supportive wife, and that 2Baba likely grew weary of the dynamic.
He added that even though 2Baba is now with Natasha Osawuru, she isn’t necessarily a better choice, as he has known her since she was just three years old.
“She’s like a little sister. I carried her as a baby,” Fryo said.

He also dismissed the notion that Natasha Osawuru, 2Baba’s new partner, is any better, revealing that he has known her since childhood.
“She’s someone I’ve known since she was three,” Fryo said, “Her father, Desmond, was my close friend.

“I knew Natasha when she was just a toddler,” he said. “I carried her on my lap!”
