BBNaija Revelation: Faith Exposes The Sacrifice Behind His Fame — ‘I Took A ₦5 Million Loan

The 25-year-old medical doctor, who was disqualified in early October, revealed that he took out a ₦5 million loan to pursue his dream of being on Big Brother Naija.

In a four-minute monologue shared on his YouTube channel on Friday, Faith reflected on his journey, the emotional toll of the experience, and how it has reshaped his outlook on life.

“Faith is dead, but before he passed on, he wanted to tell you stories that meant the world to him. So listen carefully,” he began poetically.

Recalling how it all started, he said, “On March 5, 2025, I got a text message that flipped my world upside down. One click on that link, and everything changed.”

Faith revealed that after returning to Nigeria in December 2024, he was uncertain about continuing his medical career but took a leap of faith by auditioning for BBNaija.

“I was frustrated. I didn’t know what to do as a doctor in this country. But somehow, clicking that link led me to Africa’s biggest reality show. I took a ₦5 million loan—and somehow, I made it,” he recounted.

Opening up about his struggles in the house, Faith admitted he faced moments of isolation and emotional breakdowns, even requesting to see a therapist multiple times.

“I wasn’t perfect. I made mistakes. I was overwhelmed and lonely, but I knew I needed help,” he confessed.

Despite his disqualification, Faith expressed deep gratitude to his fans for their unwavering support.

“Outside those walls, a whole continent stood for me—people I’ve never met, shouting my name and spending their hard-earned money to keep me in the house. They didn’t see perfection; they saw Faith—a flawed but passionate man,” he said.

Looking ahead, Faith stated that he now feels renewed, grounded, and ready to embrace new beginnings beyond the Big Brother stage.
