EuroAfrica CCI’s Director-General, Amb. Dr. Kingsley Obasohan, emphasized that the chamber would align with Nigeria’s local content policy, adding that the initiative would “directly empower Edo citizens through capacity building, job creation, and industrial value chain expansion.”
The deal, which initially spans five years, includes mechanisms for regular joint reviews to monitor progress and guarantee accountability.
Governor Okpebholo further noted that the partnership underscores his administration’s vision of making Edo a premier investment hub in Nigeria while prioritizing inclusive growth and human capital development.
