At the Lagos Parallel Market, Bureau De Change (BDC) operators are buying dollars at ₦1,560 and selling at ₦1,568, according to market sources.
It’s important to note that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not officially recognize the black market. The CBN advises anyone seeking foreign exchange to approach their banks instead.
