The slump is said to have begun after a viral video surfaced showing the singer ejecting fans from a concert for allegedly “sleeping” during his set. The clip sparked widespread backlash online, with many accusing Burna Boy of disrespecting his audience.

In the wake of the outrage, interest in the remaining tour dates reportedly dwindled, prompting his team to quietly revise the tour schedule.

Addressing the controversy at a recent show in Dallas, the Grammy-winning star apologised to his fans and pleaded for understanding.
