Comrade Abideen Ejiogbe, Oyo State Chairman of NURTW, slammed MC Oluomo’s refusal to step down as a blatant act of judicial defiance.
Ejiogbe also criticized Southwest Council Chairmen for allegedly backing what he called an unconstitutional and illegitimate tenure, further polarizing the union.
The national leadership of the NURTW has reiterated that MC Oluomo’s appointment as National President lacks legal standing, a stance reinforced by a court judgment invalidating his position.
