Key Investment Highlights: 

  1. Indorama Petrochemical Limited is set to make a landmark investment of $8 billion in the expansion of its fertilizer production and petrochemical facility located in Eleme, Rivers State.
  2. Jindal Steel and Power Limited, recognized as one of India’s foremost private steel manufacturers, pledged a $3 billion investment in Nigeria’s iron ore processing and steel production. This commitment followed in-depth talks with President Tinubu during the G-20 Summit in New Delhi.
  3. SkipperSeil Limited’s Founding President, Mr. Jitender Sachdeva, announced a major investment of $1.6 billion for the development of twenty 100MW power generation facilities scattered across Northern Nigeria. This initiative is set to provide an additional 2,000MW of power within the upcoming four years, a move attributed to President Tinubu’s direct intervention.
  4. A strategic agreement was concluded, allocating $1 billion to elevate the Defense Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON) towards achieving 40% self-reliance in the local manufacturing of defense equipment by 2027. This was accomplished through a partnership with the Military-Industrial Complex wing of the Indian Government.
  5. Furthermore, the illustrious Indian conglomerate, Bharti Enterprises, known for its diverse interests ranging from telecom to real estate, expressed its dedication to invest an added $700 million in various Nigerian sectors, kickstarting the projects without delay.
