The Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice-Admiral (rtd.) Ibok-Ete Ibas, has approved the appointment of 11 new Permanent Secretaries in the state’s civil service. The announcement was made in a statement issued by the Acting Head of Service, Inyingi Brown.
